Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason needed.

Simply start your return through our portal within this period. You'll receive a confirmation by email once your withdrawal has been submitted.

Our 30-day return policy

Beyond your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense
  • Items that have been used, washed or worn may be rejected
  • Sale items: within 14 days of delivery only
  • For retailer purchases (e.g. Amazon), return directly to that retailer

Sale items & promotional pricing

Subject to the terms and conditions of any promotion, products purchased prior to the commencement of a promotion, and which are later included in that promotion at a discounted price, are not eligible for a refund of the difference between the original purchase price and the promotional price. Any refund will be issued at the original price paid, subject to the other conditions of this policy.

Products purchased from a Love to Dream retailer

Refunds or exchanges for products purchased through one of our retail partners — including Amazon and other online retailers — must be handled directly with that retailer. Please contact the store where you made your purchase to arrange a return or exchange.

Return conditions & faulty items

Love to Dream™ reserves the right to inspect the condition of all returned items before issuing a replacement. A replacement may be refused if the issue is deemed to be normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced and returned to you as quickly as possible. Return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items are covered by Love to Dream™.
